Charles Taylor is the owner of Taylor and Taylor Care, a family-run group operating four innovative care homes across the Midlands. With more than 17 years’ experience in adult social care, he combines hands-on operational leadership with a strong interest in how technology can improve residents’ quality of life and support care teams. Charles is passionate about making innovation practical, purposeful and accessible, rather than adopting technology for its own sake.
