Fouzia leads neighbourhood development in West Sussex, bringing a health population driven approach to service development and planning. She led the development of the innovative whole system approach to tackling health inequalities and improving health outcomes for Crawley. She has worked in the NHS for almost 30 years, extensively in strategic planning across a range of organisations.
