Mark provides strategic leadership across adult social care, public health, safeguarding, and community wellbeing. He oversees services that support older people and adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and physical disabilities, while championing person-centred care and tackling health inequalities. Mark works closely with NHS, housing, voluntary and community sector partners to improve outcomes for residents. He also plays a leading role across regional health and care partnerships, including NHS Surrey and Sussex Integrated Care Board, and chairs several groups focused on finance, autism, inclusion and community safety.
